Our initial plant care consultation is provided free of charge. For premium consultation packages, we offer a satisfaction guarantee.
Premium Services Refund Policy
- 14-Day Guarantee: Full refund available within 14 days of service completion
- Satisfaction Promise: If you're not satisfied with our plant care recommendations, we'll provide additional consultation at no charge
- Product Recommendations: We do not handle refunds for third-party products; please contact vendors directly
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your consultation details and reason for refund request
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
